Students from the Faculty of Siddha Medicine, Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, secured First Place in the Inter-Faculty Tamil Debating Competition organized by the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, High Commission of India, Colombo, in collaboration with the Faculty of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo. The event was held to commemorate World Ayurveda Day 2024.
The winning team comprised Mr. Kirupakaran Kirushanth, Mr. Rajasekaran Sujanthan, Ms. Ann Sharon Chandrakumar, Ms. Susanthika Mohanaraj, and Ms. Kawshika Mahendran
