On January 30, 2024, the Faculty of Siddha Medicine, in collaboration with the Unit of Industry and Community Linkages, commemorated World Leprosy Day by organizing an awareness programme at the Trincomalee Campus. The event featured Dr. Sivagurunathan Raguraam, Regional Epidemiologist from the RDHS Office in Trincomalee, as the resource person.
